Welcome to Brush & Bone, a collaboration between two New Orleans based artists who share a love for functional art. Each B&B series includes porcelain clay bodies taking on various forms, marked in delicate royal blue glaze.

Introducing our first series, Ashes to Ashes, featuring handmade matchboxes. Each box is hand built from 1/8 inch thick slab and meticulously pieced together. The designs on every matchbox are inspired by popular American and Japanese Traditional tattoos, while maintaining a delicacy that balances the gentle features of the boxes themselves.
